I’ve been a busy bee with lots of orientation theory classes at my new job this week. It’s crazy how different policies are when I’m only working a short distance from my last hospital. More than one way to do things right, I suppose. Once I’m done all my theory classes, I’ll be on the units and I am SO nervous. So many new procedures, machines, worksheets and policies to know. I always hate being a fish out of water and feeling like I know NOTHING. It’ll take time…
Hope your week is going well!!!
Xo, Andrea
