Two weekends ago, Ken and I had a jam packed Saturday afternoon. In the morning we rode our bikes along the seawall to Stanley Park. I’ve lived in the lower mainland my whole life and somehow have never explored Stanley Park. The weather was stunning that day, so it seemed like the perfect day to check it off my to-do list.
On the way back, we stopped at a restaurant on the beach for a bite and drinks, and then biked the rest of the way home to freshen up for the fireworks at night. In the evening, we hopped back on our bikes to kits beach for a good view for the Celebration of Lights show over English Bay. We pigged out on candy, fries and beer. Pure bliss.
