Throwing it back to the blue hair.  

About a week after I dyed my hair blue, I had a work Christmas party to go to.  I wasn’t too keen on sporting the blue hair at a work function so I thought I’d try to wash it out by the time the party rolled around…. 

I think it’s just because my hair is so blonde and it takes to dye quite well but I couldn’t get the stuff out!!! The boxes says it lasts 2 shampoos, but I scrubbed and scrubbed and still (weeks later!) can’t get the last little bit of it out.  Mind you, it did fade a TON in the first few washes, and I actually liked the way it faded, but because I had this work event to attend, I was a little worried.  

Long story short, I went to the party with slightly blue hair, and it actually turned out to be a good conversation starter.  

Now that it’s pretty well gone and I’m looking back on these pictures, I really miss the intense blue! I have a ton of the product leftover so I think I’ll be going blue again soon – after all the work functions are said and done.
