Both Ken and I have a major sweet tooth.  I sometimes joke that all my teeth are sweet teeth. The addiction is so bad that we have both been known to have cake for breakfast on more than one occasion.

When Ken first moved to London over a year ago, he was on a mission for some tasty treats (as well as studying hard, of course!).  He popped into a little shop called Hummingbird Bakery on Portobello Road, not far from our flat.  It both a good and a very bad thing that it’s such a short walking distance from home.  Anyways, he has been making weekly visits to the bakery ever since.  He particularly loves the giant woopie pies.  Naturally, I had to see what all the fuss was about when I arrived. I went for the classic vanilla cupcake and had to document with a few pictures. Every bite was heaven and  I can’t wait to get back to try the red velvet!

I am insanely jealous that you're living in London. And that cupcake looks divine.
