This vest was one of those exciting Primark finds. I think I even gasped to myself when I first spotted it.  It reminded me of a few I had seen on oxford street but at a much lower price point.  So I was thrilled to have spotted it among the madness of Primark. I think I paid about £8 for it.  I also bought mine several sizes too big so that it would almost look like a dress but I also like to wear it over jeans or untied as a layering piece.

Primark is one of those shops that is really hit or miss.  There is a TON of stuff in there, and if you have the patience to make your way through all the crowds, you can find some really great stuff.

My second favourite thing about Primark is the line up of exhausted husbands/boyfriends sitting on the ground outside the shop, completely surrounded by shopping bags, desperately hoping their lady will appear from the shop sooner than later.  It isn’t much better inside.  Around every corner there is a guy sitting on shopping buggies or on the floor resting.  I can’t blame them though, it’s like Boxing Day everyday in there. Those men must really love their ladies to be willing to tag along for a trip into Primark.

What are your thoughts on Primark? Are your bargains worth the craziness of the shop? It’s kind of a toss up for me.

Primark is a big YAY for me. Worth the crowds. I bought a blanket scarf from there just before moving back to Canada and everyone I know has asked if it has come from a high end store. I paid £8 for it!
