I don’t know about you, but I love being nosey about weddings. So I thought I’d give you a little inside scoop as to what the day will actually look like, as well as share my wedding dress nightmare! I figured it would be easiest done in video format so I hope you enjoy watching my blabber on about my up coming wedding!
Xo, Andrea
Firstly, congratulations!! Secondly, I am curious to know what bridal store this was at?! I also had a nightmarish experience but it involved the bridal store ordering the wrong dress!!! which caused me to have only 10 days to alter it before the wedding (and cost me 3 times as much since it was a rush!) they acted like they could care less and only offered me $100 off after I went down there and toreA strip off them since the phone calls were getting me nowhere, they were so nonplussed ….so rude!!! Anyways, one tip I got that I really liked was to take a moment at the wedding and just stop and freeze frame it in your mind and just take it in and really be present….it's hard to do amongst the chaos of the day, but you will be glad you did!!
That you so much for the moment! It was at champagne and lace in abbotsford. But your story is just as bad, maybe worse! That's horrible! What is with these places? We should have amazing experiences when buying a very expensive wedding dress! So far, it's been my worst experience. Thank you for the wedding advice! We have actually talked about doing that and are going to do our best to make it happen. I do it every so often because I have the worst memory and am always afraid I'll forget things. Also part of the reason I vlog, haha! Happy Thursday! Andrea
Mine was at Lisa's bridal in New Westminster-horrible!!! The salesgirl was nice but the owners? Atrocious!! I agree, it should be a relaxing, fun experience-c'est la vie!! Our 3rd anniversary is in October, time flies!! Love your blog and I work as an RN at SMH so that is why I enjoy following you as well, plus I love your style (of which, I have very little!) in fact it's my days off right now and I am in my pjs still-nurse life! Happy Thursday to you as well! Wishing you all the best in the rest of your planning!
Oh gosh I know! We will be celebrating Anniversaries in no time flat! A fellow nurse! That's so awesome! I always get a little nervous when other local nurses follow my blog because I worry I'll say something not very "nurse like" haha if that makes sense. I hear you on the PJ thing. If it wasn't for blogging, I'd be in my pjs a lot more often! Thanks for following and commenting! Always makes my day ☺️
