SIMPLE WEEKEND 70’S OUTFIT

First off, welcome to the new blog!!! I’m kind of running this post as a tester because I’m still learning to use this new set up. Blogger and wordpress are two very different beasts! But so far I really love the change to wordpress and actually really enjoy learning to use it.

On to the post!

Ken and I are heading out to Whiterock again tonight to see two of our best friends. We are planning to head to a great spot on the whiterock strip called Uli’s for dinner – their burgers are Ken’s #1 favourite in Vancouver. I’m not really a burger person but if I was you, I’d trust him – that guy sure knows his burgers.

So it’s going to be fun! Dinner, drinks and then we might head to a local brewery in the area called 3 dogs which is also really great! And as you can image, they welcome dogs. Dogs, good beer, snacks – what more could I ask for?!

I shopped my own closet today for something a little more spring like. We can’t even believe how beautiful the weather has been lately – but today in particular – it really feels like spring! Warm, sunny, birds chirping – Chico is loving it too!

I found this top I bought from shein YEARS ago and couldn’t help taking it for a spin today. It’s actually one of the things I rescued from my sisters big shop through my closet haha. Long story short, when Ken and I moved away to France a year ago, my sister took full advantage of the fact that I couldn’t take most of my belongings with me and took herself on a little shopping spree through my stuff – haha! So, when we went to visit her, I stole it back ๐Ÿ™‚ So glad we’ve been reunited ๐Ÿ™‚

The link for the sunnies doesnโ€™t work… could you try re-linking them, or are they unavailable?
